Can a tiger change its stripes?
This is a commission ordered by *hpintense for her friend ~painseeker83. What a great friend! This image is only to be used by ~painseeker83 (Iceberg) on HorsePhenomena.com.
This is my most complex commission to date, due in part to it being my first two-subject commission. It included some pretty advanced blending on the horse too.
Is the horse a chameleon of sorts, turning into the young white tiger it's observing? Or is it a bizarre breed of tiger-horse, surprised to see another creature so much like it and yet so different?
Things I like: the lighting! And that huge branch I cloned out of the top was a pretty seamless job if I say so myself. The stripes on the horse and the fuzzies on the tiger look pretty spiffy too.
Things I'm less satisfied with: the credits. I wish I could blend them better, but with complex backgrounds there's little you can do while still keeping them legible.
